FP&A Manager Birmingham | 3 days a week in the office £60,000 - £80,000 About the Company Our client, a large multinational corporation operating within the food and beverage industry, are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business, and support them as they deliver high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

The role is based in Birmingham, will report to the Head of FP&A, and offers flexible working.

Key Responsibilities Budgeting and Forecasting : Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating data and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Performance Reporting and Insights : Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, offering clear narratives on trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
Planning Tools and Processes : Enhance and maintain planning tools like Anaplan and improve management reporting processes for greater efficiency.
Collaboration and Decision Support : Partner with finance leaders and teams to develop analytics, support strategic initiatives, and ensure data accuracy for internal and external use.
Team Leadership : Manage and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and collaboration.
Strategic Projects and Change Initiatives : Contribute to finance-led projects, including M&A activities and process optimization efforts.
About the Candidate Qualifications : Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise in financial planning and reporting systems.
Relevant Experience : Proven track record in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting within complex, large-scale organizations.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Leadership : Experience managing and developing teams, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Process Improvement : Demonstrated success in driving process efficiencies and implementing best practices in financial planning and reporting.
Personal Attributes : Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
