Collate information and data about (and from) the client in accordance with the principles of 'know your client' and company policy and ensure all the required compliance documentation is present and correct. Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire additional information that may be required in order to assess the clients' needs and to formulate recommendations. Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis. Prepare and maintain compliant and detailed Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.Maintain a client outcomes-based culture, challenge appropriately when required to ensure the rules and spirit of consumer duty is adhered to, putting our clients first and foremost in all we do.Further specific details about the role can be found in the job description attached to this advert, at the bottom of the page.What we are looking forMinimum of 2 years' experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator.Holds or is currently working towards a CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.Good general knowledge of the financial planning industry.Strong organisational skills and can effectively handle conflicting demands.Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbally with an engaging phone manner.Positive advocate for change and continuous improvement.Ability to prepare meeting packs for Financial Planners and support them and the Head of Financial Planning with diary management.Knowledge and experience of processing and following through to completion the setting up of new investments and policies for clients, which include pensions, SIPPs and Trusts, Investments and Protection policies for personal and business clients.
