They are currently seeking to recruit for a Financial Planning Administration Team Manager to join their Chelmsford office.
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of five Financial Planning Administrators, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Administrators based from the Chelmsford office.
Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure clients receive tailored support and achieve optimal outcomes.
Uphold company guidelines and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Assess training requirements and implement strategies to support team development and growth.
Drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement across the team and broader organisation.
What You Bring: Solid experience in client administration within the Financial Planning industry.
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
