About your role As a Financial Operations Analyst at Infinis, your role is pivotal in ensuring we optimise the profits and cashflows from our sites across the UK.
Sitting within the Finance team, reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be the key finance business partner to the Head of Operations and their direct reports.
Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying operational performance improvement opportunities while managing budgets and forecasting.
You will collate and present data, make recommendations and challenge expenditure and business performance.
You will also be involved in new investment appraisal and other critical business change projects.
What you will do Provide insight, financial analysis, and challenge to our operational performance, ensuring our cost base is closely managed by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Monitor and review workforce optimisation, utilisation and productivity Support the operational business with budget, forecasts and reporting Track site P&L performance, identify variances to targets Identify activities that drive costs and recommend areas of improvement Present to all stakeholders analytical insights in a clear and concise format Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity and performance Develop solid relationships and build trust with all stakeholders across the business Collaborate with Operations to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes Effectively communicate business performance across the operational business to improve financial awareness What we are looking for Accountancy qualification, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data Detail-oriented with the ability to present data and influence stakeholders Ability to multi-task and manage a large workload whilst effectively juggling competing deadlines Excellent communication and influencing skills Experience working in a business with multiple operational sites would be an advantage Willing to challenge and express views to drive performance forwards Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with PowerBI What we offer Salary plus bonus, target up to 25% paid annually plus a generous car allowance 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Pension Scheme with 6% employer contribution Domestic solar, battery and EV charger points scheme, which provides funding towards the cost of installations at your home address Employee Assist Programme, including an app which enables virtual appointments with GPs and mental health counsellors.
