Working alongside a dynamic leadership team, the CFO/Finance Director will drive forward-looking financial planning, guide international expansion, and prepare the company for a potential liquidity event within the next 5-7 years.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership : Lead the development and execution of a five-year strategic plan to support the company's growth trajectory, pushing beyond 20% annual growth to achieve 30%.
Financial Reporting and Forecasting : Focus on future-oriented financial reporting and forecasting, leveraging the ERP system to produce insights that drive decision-making and growth.
Global Expansion : Take a pivotal role in expanding into European markets, with a strong focus on strategic acquisitions, and manage capital to support sustainable growth.
Operational Oversight : Opportunity to take on oversight across HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT functions, enhancing operational efficiencies across the business.
Data-Driven Insights : Use data analytics to identify trends within the customer base and product lines, enabling the company to stay adaptable in a competitive market.

Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or CCAB equivalent) with substantial experience in senior finance roles, as CFO or Finance Director.

Strong background in scaling businesses and preparing them for a successful exit or liquidity event.
Previous exposure to compliance-focused or product-driven sectors, such as food, manufacturing, or distribution, is a plus.

Salary : £100,000 - £150,000 basic, depending on experience and qualifications.
