As our Finance Director you will use your technical expertise, leadership and communication skills to strategically partner with the founders and guide the commercial success of the organisation.

About the Role: As Finance Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the financial stewardship of Studio Paskin.
Reporting to the Board and shareholders, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
You will lead our finance team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations, whilst providing high-level financial insights to guide key business decisions.
A hands-on leader, you will work closely with creative and operational teams to optimise costs, enhance financial processes, and align financial strategy with our long-term vision.
Responsibilities: Leading the finance function, ensuring the accurate production of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management to maintain financial stability.
Developing and implementing financial strategies that support our ambitious growth objectives.
Managing compliance, tax obligations, and ensuring the integrity of financial records.
Collaborating with operations and creative teams to manage budgets and improve cost efficiency.
Providing financial advice and insights to the board, ensuring proactive resolution of any emerging financial issues.
Qualifications: We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with extensive experience in a financial leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Required Skills: Proven experience in leading financial strategy and driving performance within a multi-site operation.
Experience scaling a hospitality business.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day financial management.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing high-performing finance teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Pay range and compensation package: £80-100,000/annum DOE
