We're recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of an ambitious Leicester-based business that is experiencing exceptional growth and offers a clear route to becoming Finance Director within five years.
The Opportunity This fully office-based role offers the chance to head up a finance team, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the department while working closely with the part-time FD.
You'll have the autonomy to implement changes and drive improvements, ensuring the finance function delivers accurate and timely data to support strategic decision-making.
