About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to join our team.

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to align with strategic goals.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all financial activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for financial process enhancements, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Need Essential Qualifications and Experience: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management.
Proven experience in leading financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to generate actionable financial insights.
Excellent understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
Desirable Skills: Experience within the construction, sustainability, or consultancy sectors.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and financial planning tools like Anaplan.
Track record of implementing process improvements and driving change.
