Financial Controller

SF Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively on this exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic and hands-on environment.
This on-site role requires full-time attendance on-site (5 days a week).The Role: As Financial Controller, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and report functionally to the Group CFO.
Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing day-to-day financial operations such as bookkeeping, cash flow, and reporting.Managing payroll, audits, and company secretary duties, including tax, compliance, and HR-related matters.Handling IT, insurance, renting agreements, and administrative tasks.Leading and mentoring a small finance team.Ensuring adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS.What We're Looking For: A degree and/or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Proven experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.Strong accounting knowledge and financial modelling skills.Expertise in SAP is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making abilities.Advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.What We Offer: Bonus scheme, life assurance, and health insurance.Pension contributions and a company car or car allowance.25 days holiday plus bank holidays.On-site parking.If you have the skills and drive to excel in this dynamic environment, I'd love to hear from you.
