Exciting Opportunity: Regional Director of Finance (UK) Join a forward-thinking global educational network A leading charitable educational organization is seeking a Regional Director of Finance/ Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and strategy across the UK region.
This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a unique opportunity to lead financial processes and drive organizational growth across a diverse range of campuses.
You will be reporting to the UK MD, and have a dotted line to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a dynamic finance team to deliver timely financial reports and audits Implement and refine financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate annual financial planning and budgeting processes Provide financial insights and strategic direction to leadership teams and stakeholders across 20 campuses Collaborate with senior leaders to align financial strategy with overall organizational goals Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate risks Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives About You: A hands-on finance leader with a strategic mindset Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and work with diverse teams across multiple locations Experience in financial and management reporting systems, with the ability to lead in a complex, multi-site environment While charity or third-sector experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, or non-profit organizations Why Join Us?
