Financial Controller

Kenji is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller looking to join our growing Retail and Wholesale business. With an expanding customer base and further planned expansion of our retail stores we are looking for a proactive FC with ambitions to move towards an FD role in line with the growth plans the business has projected over the course of the next 5 years
The FC will play an important role in ensuring that robust financial disciplines are in place across the Company , with key responsibilities including:
Maintaining efficient and appropriate financial control throughout the business , and ensuring that current processes are in place to support a business that is growing at pace. Preparation and presentation of Monthly Management Accounts Supporting all aspects of financial planning process ,providing timely information to relevant departments to help improve the budgeting process. Contributing to the delivery of the Operating plan , with specific focus on inventory and cash management. Key requirements for the role Formal accounting qualification - ACCA , ACA , CIMA Minimum of three years experience in a Financial Controller role in a multi-customer Retail or Wholesale environment. Experience of Far East supply chains and relevant currency transactions. Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and associated reporting tools is a must. Eligible to work in the UK. The role is based in the Company's Head Office in Warrington. This role is offering a compensation package of £65,000 per annum + Bonus
