This pivotal role is perfect for an experienced finance leader seeking to drive meaningful change, contribute to strategic decisions, and play an integral role in the company's future success.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
Implement and maintain robust controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Provide mentorship and training to the finance team, driving a 'best practice' approach.
Ensure compliance with all external reporting requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with other business departments to establish effective business partnering relationships.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller Vacancy: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering tangible results.
Proactive, collaborative, and confident in leadership roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build cross-department relationships.
Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
