Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join the team where they will play crucial role for managing the financial health and operational efficiency of the site.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including statements, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Accounting, Corporate Controlling, and Treasury.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
Manage cash performance, forecasts, and optimise cash flow.
Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with local and group reporting standards.
Act as a financial partner to the Plant Manager, setting and meeting financial and operational targets.
Validate profitability of investments and products.
Represent the company in tax, administrative duties, and with financial institutions.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Experience: Strong understanding of accounting, financial management, and reporting.
Experience with national and international tax regulations.
Proficiency in cash flow management and risk analysis.
Excellent leadership and change management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and drive results.
Knowledge of IFRS standards and employment law.
Proficient in office automation and information systems.
