Role description: To be the controller of all operational financial activities within the business.
Working with a fractional CFO and a part time bookkeeper the role is a perfect opportunity to fully own all of the operational financial activities of the business with a small but growing team working side by side with the Operations Team.
Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts Own the month end close process Financial analysis of all business activities Oversea the controlling framework within the company, ensuring sales/purchases/VAT/payroll all completed correctly and on time Management of the bookkeeper Budget assistance and analysis Business partnering the wider commercial team Working closely with the CEO to build a robust financial framework to support our growth ambitions Requirements: Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE High level of analytical skills Experience of working in an entrepreneurial fast moving environment A can do attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the business What's in it for you: Competitive salary and performance bonus 25 Days + bank holidays + your birthday off Office based - Manchester or Marlow First-hand experience in building and scaling a young and ambitious tech start-up Pension
