The Role: Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all functions.
Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
Provide strategic financial insight to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
The Person: Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Proven ability to deliver under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
