About you: Our Finance team provides the right information for the business to make the right decisions. We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance professional, who knows how to provide sound financial control as well as how to efficiently distribute key financial information to the broader business. This role reports into the COO and is responsible for a team of 3, owning the information that they produce and ensuring it is understood and acted upon by the rest of the business.

What you'll be doing: Reporting: Assisted by your team, production of timely and accurate management accounts to support Executive team in monthly Board meetings with investorsPeriodically review reporting processes, focussed on provision of quality insights with an efficient process that keeps reporting overhead manageableWork with external accountants to produce annual statutory financial accountsBusiness partnering: Active part of management team working with 'Heads of' to ensure shared understanding of financial consequences of business decisionsAssisted by your team, produce simple monthly financial reporting & KPIs to management teamRoutinely review expenditure across the business, and work with management team to drive operational and cost efficiency as we scale internationallyCash flow management: Management of weekly cash flows against a BudgetWork closely with Manufacturing team to plan stock purchasing forecasts, and actioning these plans to ensure efficient management of working capitalApproval of supplier payruns and monthly payroll (produced by external provider)Compliance: Oversight of annual regulatory requirements, ensuring regular filing deadlines are met across our UK, US and ANZ presence.What we're looking for: You must have experience of working for Finance in a scale up (e.g - post Series A), and have demonstrated value add from a broad Finance roleAny FP&A experience will be highly valued, but is not essential - we're happy for this role to gain such experience in the roleYou are an excellent communicator, knowing how to place financial topics in a broader contextACA, ACCA or CIMA qualificationWhat we offer: 25 days of holidayFlexible working hours and work from homeUp to 30 days per year work from abroadUp to 3 flexible bank holiday days£200 total working from home budget£850 per year learning and development budgetEnhanced parental leaveUp to 3 'childcare' or 'dependant' days per yearMental health support through SpillDiscounted gym memberships through GymFlex£50 per person per quarter team social budgetAdditional entertainment budget and company partiesOffice food and drinksOptional Bupa healthcare and dental care through salary deductionEye care vouchersSeasonal Flu jabsCycle to work schemePayroll giving through salary sacrificeYou don't need to have done all of these things before, but to excel in this role, you will need to be keen to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
