Financial Controller

We are representing a private equity backed professional services firm offering data management, statistical analysis, and research services to clients around the world. They are a leader in their market with an enviable reputation, and have experienced consistent growth since their inception. To ensure continued success, they are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team.
The Role Working closely with the Finance Director, you will manage financial controls, consolidations and monthly board reporting, as well as supervising month-end accounting and supporting financial analysis. You will oversee continual process improvement and system innovation projects, and will manage a team of accountants.
The Candidate As a qualified accountant, you will possess 5 or more years of experience as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller in an SME environment, with demonstrated experience of full cycle accounting and consolidated reporting. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you have built and managed teams, and have successfully led projects such as systems implementations or process automations. Experience in the services sector is highly desirable.
