Financial Controller City of London, hybrid £75,000-£80,000 plus bonus Our client, a boutique financial advisory and accounting firm based in the City of London are currently searching for a Financial Controller to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities include: Prepare and oversee the production of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support decision-making Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations Analyse costs and identify areas for savings, driving strategies to improve cost efficiency Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and optimise cash balances Act as the key finance contact for internal and external stakeholders for the allocated client portfolio, ensuring robust financial systems and processes Skills required: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Extensive experience in financial reporting from accountancy mid-tier practice firm or the industry Real estate experience is required JV accounting experience is a big plus Knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP Strong communication skills Ability to be proactive and autonomous; hands on mentality Systems implementation experience advantageous If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing firm, work with some big players in the real estate investment industry and play a key role in their expansion, be sure to apply ASAP!
