We are working with a growing company based in Nottingham who are seeking an experienced individual who can play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic decision-making of the company.
Key responsibilities… * you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary * you will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for the company and any variances * you will assist the auditors to complete the statutory accounts * You will be responsible for maintaining a weekly cash flow forecast * you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, highlighting any areas for improvement * you will look at associated costs for business decisions and make recommendations * You will help to implement and maintain the financial systems and processes and look to drive process improvements * You will manage a team and be responsible for their training and growth What the client is looking for?… * You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with post qualified experience * Experience of managing a team * You will have good excel knowledge as well as proficiency in accounting software * You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills What is on offer?...
