Financial Controller Location: Cardiff (Once a week in office) Salary: Up to £60,000 CPS Group UK is proud to support a globally recognised leader in engineering technology in their search for a skilled Financial Controller .

About the Role: As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all finance-related activities for large-scale, international projects.
This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Collaborating with both domestic and international stakeholders, you will ensure that financial processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple high-value projects.
Develop and present detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to senior leadership.
Monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with established budgets and financial targets.
Evaluate and report on the financial impact of project changes and associated risks.
Implement strong cost control and governance processes, including invoice validation against approved limits and contracts.
Essential Skills & Experience: Professional accounting qualifications: ACA or CIMA (required) Experience working on international projects or overseas (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software.
