Financial Controller

I'm delighted to be exclusively partnering with a manufacturing leader in the Peterborough area to recruit their new Financial Controller.
Reporting to the Finance Director your remit will be to take full control of the finance function and lead and mentor the existing team.

Previous or current experience in manufacturing or FMCG is essential as you will need to be confident in hitting the ground running.
The Finance Director requires someone who can work with autonomy as you'll lead budgeting and forecasting in line with key business areas.
You'll need to monitor the team's progress and drive improvement on key performance indicators to ensure efficiencies.
The confidence to work with key stakeholders at all levels is essential as is proven experience of cashflow management, SOX reporting and foreign currency planning.
Due to the nature of the business this will be a site-based role, but hybrid working maybe considered once you have settled in.
Ideally, you'll be fully qualified but candidates who are suitably qualified by their experience will be considered.
