They are now looking for a Financial Apprenticeship Trainer who has extensive experience within the financial field to join their dynamic team.
The Role: As a Finance Trainer, you will be delivering courses in Mortgage and Financial Advisement.
This role is perfect for individuals with significant industry experience who are passionate about educating and inspiring learners.
Whether or not you have formal teaching qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Apprenticeship Training: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for apprentices in Mortgage and Financial Services.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including face-to-face and online learning, to ensure that all apprentices receive high-quality training.
Assess Learners' Progress: Evaluate and assess apprentices' work-based learning, including assignments, projects, and portfolios.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to help learners improve and achieve their qualifications.
Support Apprentices: Offer one-to-one mentoring and coaching to apprentices, guiding them through their apprenticeship program, addressing any challenges, and providing career development advice.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards, apprenticeships frameworks, and employer needs.
The ideal candidate will have: Industry Experience: Financial Services and Mortgage Advisement.
Qualifications: CEMAP or a credible financial qualification.
Teaching/Assessing Experience (Preferred): While formal teaching/assessing qualifications (e.g., PGCE, CAVA/TAQA, or A1 Assessor Award) are beneficial, we also welcome candidates with substantial industry experience who are keen to transition into teaching.
