Financial Analyst

Position : Finance Analyst (Qualified)
Location : Basingstoke (Hybrid)
Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary bonus + 12% pension
About Our Client I am currently partnering with an industry-leading group in the housing sector to recruit a Finance Analyst.
This hands-on role offers a blend of group reporting and commercial exposure within a large scale group.

Key Responsibilities: Collating and analysing financial and non-financial data, performing tasks like trend reporting and variance analysis to help drive business performance.
Leading on key monthly timetable.
Creation of the MI Pack - leading commentary and analysis.
Incorporating POWER BI to support reports and models to support business decisions.
Partnering with business leads to reduce costs and improve financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends Using analysis and reporting to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and monthly close What we need from you ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
Experience in a group or blue-chip organisation.
Strong technical background.
Excellent communication skills, with extensive experience in senior stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Basingstoke.
Any experience with PowerBI would be advantageous but isn't essential Position : Finance Analyst (Qualified)
