The successful candidate will play a key part in the effective and efficient day-to-day management of the finance function, supporting the Finance Manager and assisting with the training and development of junior finance staff.
Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly and annual accounts Balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Mentoring junior finance staff Implementing process improvements across the finance function Variance analysis KPI reporting Statutory returns Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with experience in a similar role Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel) Strong communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with Tiarnan Skelton @ HIREIQ for a confidential chat.
