The role You will be a key member of the Finance team, working in a small team of 5 people and reporting to our Senior financial controller.
You will be responsible to manage the month-end close process, prepare financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate tax compliance and audit process and participate in ad-hoc finance related projects.

You will be responsible for: Financial leadership in managing the month end and year end processes.
Financial acumen in reconciling and analysing revenue streams and balance sheet accounts.
Manage and oversee the year end audit process and provide support to budgeting and forecasting process.
Manage the accounting team Overseeing systems, transactions and management accounts.
Streamline processes and procedures ensure efficiencies are always being pursuit.
Who we're looking for: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach Strong communicator with financial and management accounting experience Good relationship building in working with key stakeholders across the business Fascination – always looking at new efficient ways of working Experience of working within complex organisational structure You will have strong process and accounting knowledge including statutory accounting You'll be comfortable working independently, able to manage your own workload through good time management and prioritisation skills to deliver the required outcomes.
