Our client are a highly regarded luxury SME developer with a passion for delivering high quality homes across Essex.
Working into the Finance Director, the successful incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring company compliance and accounting standards – particularly in the preparation of quarterly management accounts.
The ideal candidate will hold an accounting qualification (AAT / ACCA / ACA) with experience within the construction industry being preferred but not essential.Ref: 3516GM
