We're searching for a Finance Systems Manager to revolutionise our finance operations. In this role, you will support in delivering the ongoing Finance Transformation Programme, which is targeting improved business support and unified, efficient and end-to-end business processes and services. The programme encompasses all aspects of finance including reporting, planning and analysis, payments, procurement, treasury and tax.
You'll spearhead key projects, such as a NetSuite integration and an AP Automation solution. And you'll also be tasked with continuously reviewing our finance systems to ensure they're working in perfect harmony with tax, treasury, FP&A, and even our loyalty data.

Tell me more Manage and optimise the NetSuite, SAP Concur Invoice/Expense, and integrated systems for both Virgin Management and Virgin Red - including implementing new releases, deploying new features, and ensuring seamless integrations between systems. Work collaboratively to drive finance strategy and process improvements across areas like technology optimisation, design and process enhancement for AP/AR/reporting/FP&A, and development of KPI dashboards and tracking tools. Identify and implement initiatives to increase effectiveness, insights, and cost reduction - including automating and innovating across the finance spectrum. Develop integrations between NetSuite and other business systems as needed to enhance data production for FP&A, financial reporting, and compliance. Ensure documentation, user training guides, and internal processes are up-to-date and readily available to the finance team. Oversee delivery of outputs from third-party providers, liaise with auditors, and fulfill reporting requirements. Support in ensuring the Finance Transformation Programme is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with ESG/security requirements. Build and manage a bench of expert consultants and developers to support automation, reporting, and Excel-based solutions across the finance function. What you'll need Strong experience developing finance systems and driving improvements within a corporate environment, including contribution to full system replacement and/or upgrade. NetSuite administration experience is essential. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills. The ability to communicate complex finance systems-based matters in a way that is easy for a variety of stakeholders to understand. Experienced in SQL, Power BI, Automate, Forms, Python (or similar) scripting, and advanced Excel/VBA. Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic, continuously evolving situations. Proven project management and client relationship management experience. Open Database Connectivity and invoice automation software experience is preferable. The extra details Role type: Permanent
