Finance Systems Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager with a strong background in Yardi and financial systems implementation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in managing teams and optimizing financial systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve system efficiencies.Provide expert guidance on financial systems, including Yardi, to support business operations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Train and support team members on the use of financial systems.Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Extensive experience with Yardi or other financial systems implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a team of x3 staff (mixed PQ & Qual accountants).
