- THE ROLE - The post-holder will supervise a team within the Income & Payments section of the Financial Services department, ensuring the accurate and timely service delivery of all income and payment activities whilst ensuring that all policies, procedures, and financial controls are adhered to.
The post-holder will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the relevant finance system ledgers to improve its efficiency and effectiveness and provide support and training to its users.
- ABOUT YOU - - 3 A Levels or equivalent level of qualifications - Significant experience of working in a large finance office including the processing and reconciliation of data in a complex Finance system - Experience in supervising of staff and allocation of resources - Experience of providing a quality customer-focused service delivered to many stakeholders - Experience of developing policies, procedures, and manuals - Highly developed analytical and reporting skills to interrogate data to answer queries and provide resolution to issues - Advanced user of MS Office applications with demonstrable evidence of the use and application of Excel - Willingness to travel and work outside normal office hours on occasion to meet the demands of the role Please find our employee benefits listed on our website.
