Partnering closely with the Managing Director, you'll take charge of the company's financial strategy and operations, driving growth and making a real impact where it counts.Your Role: Own the Numbers: Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting with precision.Guide Decisions: Deliver sharp financial insights on margins, labour costs, material variances and production expenses.Shape Strategy: Provide actionable advice to the MD to steer business objectives.Drive Excellence: Strengthen internal controls and ensure full compliance.Collaborate: Work with all departments to boost efficiency and profitability.Lead Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
