Job Title: Finance Manager Construction Industry Location: Coventry - commutable from: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Birmingham, Hinckley, Solihull, Balsall Common, Meriden, Southam and surrounding areas.
Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent - 21 Hours a week, flexible with working days and hours each week.

With a team of dedicated professionals and a commitment to quality, were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee financial operations in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and report monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support company decision-making.
Monitor and report on projects, ensuring costs are tracked accurately to prevent financial risk.
Work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets and financial health.
Assist in year end analysis.
Collaborate with the financial team to ensure the smooth running of the finance operations.
Requirements: CIMA, ACCA or ACA certified.
Experience in Management accounts, Financial reports and budgeting.
Construction industry experience advantageous but not essential.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Eque2).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
