Finance Manager - Operations

This is a 9 month FTC role YOU You, as our Finance Manager - Operations you will provide financial and analytical business partnering, managing approximately £40m in operational costs and driving efficiencies across £3m of Supply Chain waste.
You will be a key business partner for our Fuel for Growth programme, managing £5m in cost opportunities and collaborating with the wider supply chain organisation.
Further duties include updating and inputting month-end close activities, leading operational input into cycle forecasts, Waste/KPI reporting, internal control policy management, and driving transformation activities across Supply Chain finance.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE Partner with teams across Supply Chain and Operations to track costs, labour usage, and deliver against budgets.
Lead financial processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with key business goals Identify and drive process improvements in line with JSOX and Internal Controls Support transformation projects, helping to deliver efficiency savings WHATS IN IT FOR YOU You will have the opportunity to work for a world class global company, becoming a relationship builder in the business through transformation and improvement and the opportunity to work with the Plant leadership and Supply Chain team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL A Part/Fully qualified accountant with solid financial acumen Strong business partnering skills, ideally in FMCG supply chain Experience with SAP & BI, and a drive to automate and streamline processes Confidence in influencing internal and external stakeholders with a track record of building strong relationships ABOUT US Suntory is a Japanese company and the world's third biggest player in the drinks industry.
