Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Manufacturing Finance Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic Manufacturing Team .
This role will be reporting into the Head of Finance.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington or Shalford, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Requirements What you will do Act as business partner to the Manufacturing Team.
Manage the relationship from a financial perspective with our manufacturing partners, including contract changes and overall budget control.
Maintain continual forecasts based on expected spend.
Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions for the Manufacutring team.
Assist with the development and rollout of a new ERP system.
Assist the Head of Finance in building and managing the Manufacturing Finance team.
As we approach Job 1, assist in developing reporting and cost accounting tools, metrics, KPIs etc to help aid the wider business with strategic decision making.
Who you are: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Automotive or manufacturing experience desired.
Experience with SAP 4HANA desired but not a requirement.
Strong communicator and business partnering skills, fostering effective working relationships at all levels of seniority and experience, and willing to challenge where necessary.
Astute and analytical thinker, able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Team player and a willingness to roll up sleeves when required and adapt to change in a start-up environment.
Practical and pragmatic, with a continuous improvement mindset who isn't afraid to develop and implement new processes and procedures if required.
