Finance ManagerWarrington£55,000-£65,000pa4 or 5 days per weekI am working exclusively with a brilliant organisation to appoint a Finance Manager.
The purpose of this role is to lead the day to day finance operations to enable the delivery of their financial growth plans and plans for development.
£15m t/o business.Key responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, overseeing a small team of 3 staffPayroll for 100 staff, working on SAGE50Production of budgets and financial reportsOverseeing the month and year end reportingCash flow managementUndertaking finance projectsIdentifying areas of improvement within the finance function and implementing changesOverseeing completion of balance sheet reconciliations The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Previous experience working within a Finance Manager position – an excellent and well experienced people managerWell-rounded finance experienceA "hands-on" approach – willing to get stuck in with transactional tasks when neededThe ability to implement processes within a challenging environmentExcellent motivator and team managerQualified or qualified by experienceExcellent IT literacy and well-experienced in using finance systemsPayroll experience In return you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000pa, hybrid working, company pension, onsite parking and many more!
