Finance Manager Crowborough/ hybrid Salary £50,000 - £55,000 We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a well-established market leading SME based in Crowborough.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manage a small team in this pivotal role.
Benefits include: 25 days holiday and hybrid working (3 days in the office per week).
This is a newly created Finance Manager role due to the continued growth of the business, where you will be responsible for financial and management accounts production.
The position will have a strong focus on systems & process improvement whilst managing and developing the small team.
Finance Manager Responsibilities : Month-end process Review of financial results inc. variance analysis Line management of staff Assist with audit requirements Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis As a fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or latter stage part-qualified Finance Manager you will have good technical experience as outlined above, as well as being a good people manager, to join this growing business.
