Description Company Details and Job Overview:A finance lead is required to join a £4-5m business in Cumbria, to manage all financial operations in a very hands on and varied role.
Working closely alongside the Managing Director, with the backing from their parent company you will also receive support from the Group Finance Director there as required.

Specific responsibilities will include:•Preparation of monthly management accounts•Preparation of budgets and cash forecasts•Stock management•Balance sheet reconciliations•VAT returns•Preparation and review of WIP sheets•Monitoring and reporting costs against budget•KPI analysis including commentary and variance analysis•Management of sales ledger and purchase ledger •Management of credit control•Ongoing review and development of existing systems and processesExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:The ideal candidate will be proven in a similar level role which includes all areas of finance for a small but growing business.
A collaborative working approach is required as you will be required to work cross-functionally with non-finance staff to provide meaningful financial insight and advice where required.
