Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee a small team of 3 Working with some well-known brands they have an impressive client base, and pride themselves on meeting SLAs.
Job Description Finance Manager duties include: • Leading the Finance Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and overseeing a team of 3.
• Design own and deliver financial planning and analysis processes including forecast and budget processes for the sites • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislations.
• Preparing monthly management accounts, quarterly VAT returns and coordinate tax/ year end auditing processes.
• Managing financial risks of the company.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Coordinating with external auditors and manage internal controls.
• Development of financial policies and procedures.
• Involvement with Payroll and HR related duties.
The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Manager should have: • A degree in accounting or related field.
• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or QBE • Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
• Previous experience in distribution is advantageous • Advanced Microsoft Excel ability What's on Offer • A salary of £40,000 to 45,000 DOE
