Finance Manager - Up to £60,000pa - Office based in Rugby - Growing Business Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with organisational goals.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and prepare accurate financial statements.
Cost Control: Optimise costs without compromising service quality.
Collaboration: Work with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and growth.
Risk & Team Management: Mitigate financial risks and lead the finance team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
Proven financial management experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
