Salary & Benefits: £50,000 - £60,000 25 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays Hybrid working Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and development.
Partner with operational teams to analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements, driving efficiencies across finance.
What We're Looking For: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong hands-on experience.
Will also consider QBE A track record of success in fast-paced environments, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a focus on driving change and adding value.
Experience in SMEs, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
