Finance Manager

An excellent opportunity for a qualified finance manager to join a forward-thinking organization in Huddersfield, our client is a private equity backed, growing and acquisitive business.
The role will oversee an accounts team of two whilst reporting into the senior leadership team.
Package includes: £55,000 Salary 25 days annual leave Private medical Enhances Pension Flexible and Hybrid working options What we are looking for Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Strong Excel skills Experience managing a team Main duties and responsibilities: Oversee the production of accurate and timely month-end management accounts, KPIs, and management reports for the Group Financial Controller.
Collaborate with business heads and accounts payable to optimize working capital and cash generation.
Act as a business partner to divisional heads and the Managing Director, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Drive cost efficiencies and maximize EBITDA through resource planning, overhead control, and detailed margin analysis.
Prepare monthly divisional P&L and cash forecasts and lead the annual budgeting process.
Play a pivotal role in implementing and managing finance-related systems, including a new ERP system.
