Finance Manager | Blackburn | Flexible & Hybrid Working Robert Half is partnering with a leading global retail company to find a Finance Manager for its expanding finance team in Blackburn.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving commercial initiatives, providing valuable insights to the management team, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly trading reports, dashboards, and CEO updates Create monthly presentations detailing trading performance Identify key trends and drivers affecting performance Collaborate with the management accounts team to analyse performance by site, brand, and location Regularly review P&L cost items to understand cost structure and highlight key trends Partner with key stakeholders across the business Enhance the impact and efficiency of reporting by utilising SAP analytics and reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual data manipulation Work closely with the Country Manager to optimise performance, control costs, and improve profitability Provide insights to support decision-making Lead quarterly forecasting Oversee the annual budget preparation and presentation Manage a team of 4 direct reports, focusing on role development and responsibilities Qualifications and Skills: Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in finance business partnering and team management Experience working in large organisations is preferred Expertise in business partnering, financial reporting, and commercial analysis Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Strong Excel skills are essential; experience with POWER BI is a plus If you are a results-driven finance professional seeking a dynamic role with a leading retail business, apply today!
