The role Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Facilitate monthly financial review meetings with budget holders.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external auditors.
Review monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Effectively manage and lead a small team.
The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Professional accounting qualification with experience including: Finance management Strong proficiency in accounting software Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Successful experience managing a team Desirable: Experience with grants and funders Experience in procurement activities What's in it for you?
