Oversee compliance across the region in areas like procurement, vendor payments, financial vendor relations, and travel expense management.
Ensure the accuracy of financial records, databases, and documents through regular audits and reviews.
Responsibilities: Manage a team of Finance Specialists across several countries, overseeing their performance and coordinating activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries and collaboration with corporate departments.
Act as a key user for purchasing and accounts payable systems (SAP, Ariba) within the region.
Make vendor-related decisions and handle escalations while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Drive improvements in purchasing and payment KPIs, and ensure SAP/Ariba workflows are up-to-date.
Handle regular accounts payable and bank reporting, and assist in internal and external audits.
Support team tasks in designated areas, including handling purchase orders, payment disputes, and compliance checks.
Work closely with finance leaders to continuously improve processes and contribute to related initiatives Requirements: Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in a multinational environment.
Proven leadership in building high-performing teams, especially in international or remote settings.
Strong financial process knowledge and basic understanding of local legal requirements.
Analytical problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset and persuasive communication skills.
Advanced Excel, MS Office proficiency, and experience with SAP FI and Ariba.
Fluent in English (C1+); additional European languages are a plus.
Willing to collaborate internationally and travel occasionally.
