The Finance Manager / Financial Controller will oversee a team of 5 to lead the management pack reporting function, challenge current methods and influence change to ensure a slick process, whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and timely delivery.
Finance Manager - The Role Drive continuous improvement across systems and current process Put in place a robust management pack reporting function Partner with divisional FD to deliver required level of reporting Deliver customer analysis to ensure informed decision making Challenge influence and lead senior leadership through key decisions Lead small team The Finance Manager / Financial Controller position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in growth organisations in either professional services or high transactional environments and now want to take full ownership for the function from a day to day and strategic perspective.
