    The role?
A new exciting role has arisen for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team here at EnerMech in Aberdeen.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading a team of Management Accountants in preparing timely, accurate and relevant management reporting across the Europe region.
Main duties will include; ·  Responsible for co-ordination of all aspects of the monthly close process across all Business Lines ensuring fit for purpose reports are shared and a common understanding of project performance each month ·  Assist in development of consistent Business Line reporting to ensure Gross Profit / Gross Margin and Overheads are clearly reported and Variances properly explained ·  Assist in the development of a consolidated utilisation reporting model to ensure over/under recoveries are reported correctly and remedial actions highlighted where necessary ·  Deliver monthly reporting pack for Leadership team – detailing the key elements of monthly performance, full year outlook, Working Capital position and estimation of risks & exposures ·  Lead the Monthly / Qtly review of Key Balance Sheet Reconciliations ·  Work with BD / Commercial and Business Lines to draft Revenue Recognition Memo's for contracts within the reporting threshold ·  Assist in the annual Budget process ·  Support the various statutory audit requirements for the region ·  Development of the Management Accounting Team ensuring sufficient capacity & capability to meet the increased demands going forward     You are?
To be successful for this position you will be CA/CIMA equivalent qualified – up to 5 years PQ.
You will have previous experience of leading and developing a team.
Ideally you will hold significant experience working within a fast paced organisation with exposure to change initiatives/process improvements.
You will be an excellent communicator, with experience in dealing with people at all levels within an organisation.
