With exciting new product launches planned for the New Year they are setting a new standard in the industry.
Key to their continued success with the hiring of an experience Finance Director who will work closely with the CEO and take full ownership of the finance function.
This hire will be building from the ground up and will play a crucial role in driving their next growth period.
The successful hire will drive financial strategy whilst being proactive and hands on.
The role Working closely with the CEO, own financial strategy, systems and processes Build and nurture the finance function, taking ownership of modelling, forecasting, cashflow management and profitability Own, develop and further refine financial models, driving key commercial decisions Work closely with colleagues in marketing, trading and operations to provide data which will drive actionable insights Manage cashflow and working capital as the business continues to grow Enhance business and financial efficiencies with streamlined and automated systems The person A proven leader with experience in a high growth ecommerce or retail brand Proficient in modelling, forecasting and cashflow management A data driven mind that is able to bring the numbers to life for people outside of the finance function For much more information on the role and client please apply immediately.
