Finance Director

Finance Director Up to £150k base + Bonus + LTIP Coventry LP12377 The Opportunity Finatal is partnering with a scaling digital platform which has recently received a sizable investment fuelling a buy-and-build strategy.
The business has upper double figure revenue, and the CFO who leads on strategy and operations, now requires a hands-on Finance Director who is comfortable managing a team and being stuck-in on the broader professionalisation of the finance function to support future scale.

The Responsibilities You will be hands on in managing the finance function (x 2 direct reports, x 3 indirect) Post deal integration support (alignment of systems, team, etc) alongside the M&A team to integrate acquisitions.
Critical assessment of existing processes, controls and systems, and hands on support of the consistent improvement Support on forecasting, budgets and KPI's As the business has grown, the audit process has become more complex, therefore you will oversee and support this process.
Develop and maintain all necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management.
Partner with the business to deliver timely and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making, working closely with the CFO on the ongoing strategy of the business.
