Finance Director

FINANCE DIRECTOR, c£70-75,000doe Coventry based.
Mon to Fri, full time.
Hybrid working week (2 WFH), early 3.15pm finish every Friday.
Responsibilities Overseeing a team of 10 dedicated finance professionals Completion of 10 + UK audits, and preparation of statutory accounts for all entities within Completion and submission of tax computations for all entities.
Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of SOX compliance activities.
Supporting the business heads and the wider team on both a strategic and transactional level.
Essentials Dynamic finance professional, with a natural ability to lead, motivate others and build strong working relationships.
Excellent stats, tax, audit, and compliance knowledge Expertise in statutory account filing and tax advisor management.
Experience of dealing with several financial entities within an umbrella group or holding company, will prove advantageous.
