We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and ensure sound financial management across the organisation.
Role Overview : The Finance Director will play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving financial strategy, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Financial Leadership : Lead the financial strategy, planning, and execution across the organisation, aligning financial objectives with business goals.
Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Manage the budgeting process, providing insights into financial performance, and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Cost Management : Work closely with operations to optimise cost structures and drive efficiency across manufacturing processes.
Cash Flow Management : Ensure effective cash flow management and financing strategies to support ongoing operations and capital investments.
Strategic Decision Support : Provide financial analysis and support to senior management, facilitating data-driven decisions and business performance improvement.
Team Leadership : Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring that financial controls and processes are maintained across all areas of the business.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Investor Relations : Support senior leadership in managing relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
Qualifications & Experience : Education : Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA or professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable.
Experience : A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, financial controls, and supply chain management.
