Finance & Data Analyst

Forge Talent are excited to be partnering a rapidly growing PE backed utilities business based in Cheshire to recruit a Finance & Data Analyst.
Responsibilities: Maintaining robust financial models to enable sound business planning and decision making.
Identify risks & opportunities to the business.
Extensive margin & cost analysis.
Act as the key support for various strategic projects including M&A, financing activities and any other ad hoc projects.
Preparation of reports and presentations in connection with ongoing business performance and other strategic projects, for both internal and external stakeholders.
Analysing underlying business trends, and assessing the impact on financial results, including comparison of actual results compared to budget and prior year results.
Budgeting & forecasting.
Critique of financial performance, helping to drive improvements.
Build dashboards as required to allow useful flow of information.
Qualifications & Experience: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Highly analytical Experience in building Financial & scenario models Salary & Benefits: £60,000-£65,000 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Birthday off Hybrid working- 3/2 Pension (Salary sacrifice)
